The snow has come just in time for our New Year guests…perfect sunny day with fresh snow….YES!
And off we go!!! So looking forward to welcoming guests old and new over the next few months!!
One week to go and we are ready….! Looking forward to meeting our first guests of the season for the Christmas Celebrations!! January and February are fully booked but still room in March and April…dont leave it too late…please come and stay!!

A variation on the traditional non-bake cheesecake..the base is a solid gingery biscuit! The result is a lovely moist base that compliments the fresh, light cheesecake. You can use any fruits for the swirl…I sometimes top the cheese cake with a brandy snap or raspberry & black pepper tuiles.
